*A confirmation email of your order details will be sent to you once received.

*All of our orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, Fedex and other carriers, depending on your location.

*If there is any shipping issue with your package , please contact Customer Support at vinpatio@jinaup.com within 30 days after your order was placed. 

 

Return address: please contact our afterslae service. We will arrange the return depends on your localtion.

Tax：It is carried by the Vinpatio brand (seller). You are not responsible for customs duties.

1.The delivery time does not include the processing time required (which is usually 1-2 working days)

2.If you have requested an item to be customized or monogrammed, please allow four or more working days within the processing time.

3.We cannot deliver to PO Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO).
