Warranty Policy

Warranty Period: 3 years from the date of purchase.

Vinpatio designs and manufactures covers specifically for outdoor and camping use. By owning the entire supply chain, we ensure high-quality products at affordable prices. We guarantee that our covers are free from material or workmanship defects.

The warranty begins on the original purchase date and covers any product that is found to be defective under normal use and proper installation. Vinpatio will repair or replace, one time, any cover that proves defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original buyer and is non-transferable. It covers the cover itself but does not extend to accessories. While we will cover all repair or replacement costs, shipping fees will be shared between the buyer and seller (based on actual shipping costs). The warranty allows for one full replacement during the warranty period.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, modification, improper installation or operation, unauthorized repairs, or lack of maintenance. Aesthetic issues, such as staining, fading, spills, or fabric bleeding, are not covered. It is the user’s responsibility to take necessary precautions when using the cover to protect both themselves and their vehicle. Our liability is limited to the cover only, not the vehicle.

After 30 days, we can only exchange your cover for the exact model originally purchased. Issues related to color or fit are not covered under the warranty.

Warranty Claim Instructions

If you need to file a warranty claim, please provide your name, order number, email, and phone number, along with a description of the issue and your desired resolution.

Once your claim is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. A customer service representative will review your claim and respond within 48 hours. Please avoid submitting duplicate requests, as this can delay the process.
